- RSVP page set up 1 week in advance
- Called the night before to make a reservation for 22 people (18 people RSVP'd, 24 people showed up) at 12:00am
- Called again at 11:40am to confirm/update # of people
- Got there at 12:04am EST
- Ended at 2:02pm
- Dealt with non-members right before paying to deal with their subsidies/paying membership
- **IMPORTANT Make sure to bring the cashbox with lots and lots of $1 and $5
