Picture frames that fit 13" x 19" (not sure if this size actually exists for frames) are recommended because if you print this size at CopyTech it's much much cheaper versus $18 per collage
This year 16" x 20" frames were bought at $10 and $15 because they ran out. Collages were printed at the CopyTech (student center location) for $18. You submit an online form and they prefer the images to be in .pdf format
PRINT EARLY because this year their printer broke down and getting them printed the last day of operation was very very risky. Also this is near hell week so people were sending me collages at 6 AM or backing out completely
Start organizing EARLY like before Strait to Taiwan, I wanted to wait after that craziness was over but that didn't work out too well.
Also it helped a lot to at least gather pictures a month in advance and ask for them early...otherwise you'll be getting low quality pics from Facebook
The best resolution to use for the collages are 200-300 dpi
