Standard Xifan Sunday. Our budget was slightly over $200 and we spend about $200.
Volunteers

- Name/responsibility: Elaine came up with shopping list, Ben came up with secret dish recipe, both went shopping.

- Pickled Wheat gluten - had 2 jar, bought 2 jars ($2.49 each)
- Pickled Cucumber - had 1 jar, bought 3 jars ($2.49 each)
- Pickled Lettuce - had 1 jar, bought 1 jar ($2.49 each)
- Pickled Radishes - had 3 jars
- Spicy Bamboo - had 2 jars, bought 2 jars ($2.69 each)
- Canned Eels - had 3 cans, bought 3 cans ($1.89 each)
- Fermented Duck Egg - 3 boxes ($2.99 each)
