Started planning the sunday before the event (thursday) Booked room sunday night, event set for 8 pm Picked mccormick because: closer to most people, has game room with big projector, pool/ping pong, also bc two of the planners live here, and bc head of house has mics
Sent out first pub email monday
Asked for mics from raul head of house via email, acquired them thursday morning, he was very nice and had someone else bring it as he was away
Bought snacks at Hmart the day before, spent around $47 Would’ve been cheaper at cmart but was too far away lol
Sent out one more pub email thursday morning
Sarah went in during the afternoon day of to test equipment, hooking computer up and stuff
Challenges: Planning the event in short notice as it was the very first week of iap, we didn’t start until really the week of haha
