Food

Make 15 cups of rice! (about 3-4 pots)

Toppings

  • 2 jars of Peanut + Wheat Gluten
  • 3 jars of Chili Radish
  • 4 jars of Pickled cucumber in soy sauce
  • 9 cans of Eel
  • 4 jars of Bamboo in Chili
  • 1 jar of rou song
  • 12 salted duck eggs (hard to peel, try another brand?)


Side Dishes

  • 3 dozen jumbo eggs (can get just 2 next time because didn't use for tofu)
  • 2 boxes (6 pieces) firm tofu -- not enough
  • 1 bag (3 bunches) scallions
  • 5 bags of bok choy -- just enough, maybe a little too much
  • 3 bags of 10" tortillas from Shaws (30 tortilla total)

Notes

  • Make sure to have enough spoons and bowls
  • Takes about 0.75-1 hours to make large pot of xifan
  • 2 waves: 11:00 and 11:30
