Food
Make 15 cups of rice! (about 3-4 pots)
Toppings
- 2 jars of Peanut + Wheat Gluten
- 3 jars of Chili Radish
- 4 jars of Pickled cucumber in soy sauce
- 9 cans of Eel
- 4 jars of Bamboo in Chili
- 1 jar of rou song
- 12 salted duck eggs (hard to peel, try another brand?)
Side Dishes
- 3 dozen jumbo eggs (can get just 2 next time because didn't use for tofu)
- 2 boxes (6 pieces) firm tofu -- not enough
- 1 bag (3 bunches) scallions
- 5 bags of bok choy -- just enough, maybe a little too much
- 3 bags of 10" tortillas from Shaws (30 tortilla total)

- Make sure to have enough spoons and bowls
- Takes about 0.75-1 hours to make large pot of xifan
- 2 waves: 11:00 and 11:30
