Description

Elections for the next calendar year! Should be self explanatory... Sent out email several weeks before with the usual schmeal about elections. This year, we attempted to be more technically savvy by using computer voting instead of cutting out ballots and wasting trees. We had a long table of 8-10 laptops with separate google survey for each position.

Food

We ordered food from Jo-Jo Taipei (way too late btw, should have done it at least several days before), 1 tray of each dish and we based quantity on RSVPs

  • Scallion pancakes
  • Fried Rice
  • Mapo Tofu
  • Beef and Broccoli
  • 3 cup chicken
  • White rice
  • drinks

Other Notes

  • Not great using the penthouse because there were groups up there being noisy and the room was weirdly shaped
  • Have current officers give a short description about the duties of their position before having platform speeches
