Event Description
Big-little social event involving bonding activities and boba
Attendance
About 84 people showed up, a bit more than the 79 who RSVP'ed online.
Food
Drinks: Boba from Leisure Station, only for people who RSVP'ed online (free for members with big/little in attendance, $2 for members). Was ordered to arrive half an hour before the event, but didn't arrive until 15 minutes in, and totally ruined the game-explanations. Better to have one person in charge of getting the boba and another in charge of the events, otherwise.. Also, could order even more in advance, but you might still have problems.
Materials
Stuff for games, only used the ATS bingo sheets & free pens from career fair
Other Notes
- The ice breakers went semi-okay, though they were cut rather-short and then replaced with battleship twister at the end due to the boba distribution.
- Also on the boba issue, it was VERY difficult to collect money from the right people & give out the right boba because the people handling the boba didn't really care - better to have it already set up, and then be more strict about it.
