Description

Fall GBM is our first event of the year! This year, we hosted a dumpling workshop, where people were able to fold and eat their own dumplings. It was hugely popular, well-attended, and far less awkward than our usual video + ice breakers.

  • Boba supplies (condensed milk, tea, pearls)

Other Notes

  • This year we started prep at 4p, and the event was at 5p. Next time, it's a good idea to start prep earlier, so that we can have cooked dumplings ready by the time people come. Otherwise, it's a huge dumpling-grabbing fest, and the people hard at work making dumplings don't get to eat as much.
  • Boba was very popular and we ran out.
