Treasurer is in charge of ordering pastries. Orders should be placed by noon the day before, preferably earlier. When ordering pastries, PLEASE MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM TO WRAP THE PASTRIES IN THE PLASTIC BAGGIES!

ATS exec (and honorary) need to contribute hours towards working booth.

Event Description

All pastries are sold for $1, except for the red bean mochi, which is $1.50. Remember to stamp their pastry cards!

Pastry pick-up usually meets at 8:30am, then takes the Red line into Chinatown. They usually get back by 10am. Several things to keep in mind when you're the first person selling of the day:

Cash box! This is very important. Wooden stand and ATS sign. They're usually stored in McCormick Annex basement. If you're selling something besides pastries (tickets, etc.) that differs in price between members and non-members, make sure you have a membership list!

(It's Jon Lii's song! i was there with him when he came up with it :) good times ^^ but yes, i've had massive amounts of sugar...in the form of half a gallon of green tea ice cream in 24 hours :P hahaha wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Jennnnnnnnn Huang-g-g-g-g-----g!)

  • for really big events (i.e. Banquet, TAI.101) you can have a few days in a row of pastry sales--be sure to order less each day tho, cuz people get sick of them
