Use ATS's google calendar to keep track of what events are coming up. Usually event captains are supposed to ask you to pub out about their events but things like food runs tend to be forgotten. It is also the event captains that should know all the details--if not ask the presidents.

Emails
We usually email out 4-5 days before an event, the day before an event, and the day of the event
However for things like pastry sales it's usually every day that we have them
To pub events that are centered around ATS members use ats-info@mit.edu
Here are the dorm mailing lists for bigger events such as Lunar New Year, S2T, pastry sales, etc...:

 • maseeh-talk@mit.edu
 • nh-forum@mit.edu
 • next-forum@mit.edu
 • r-h-t@mit.edu
 • ec-discuss@mit.edu
 • bc-talk@mit.edu
 • bexley-minus-fascists@mit.edu
 • baker-forum@mit.edu
 • macgregor@mit.edu
 • macgregor-bounces@mit.edu
 • mccormick-announce@mit.edu
 • random-hall-talk@mit.edu
 • sponge-talk@mit.edu

For BC you have to include your underwear color at the end of the email
This is Senior House's email though we can't send emails to them: senior-house@mit.edu
Posters
Recently we've been using Next House printers and paper to print out our large posters (ask Victor)
Be sure to use high resolution when making the posters, traditional letter dimensions is fine
Postering locations include: dorms, student center, the infinite, Stata, building 26, 16, 56, 66
Chalking is done for S2T though choose the time wisely because the janitors come in and clean the boards specific days of the week.
